At General Construction, we don’t think so.

We believe that by striving for quality over and over, by pursuing quality time and time again, and by simultaneously pushing for rapid completion of projects, we have developed the underlying company philosophy, attitude and systems that are necessary not only to generate excellent products but also to exhibit extraordinary efficiency.

In short, we believe in the integration of quality and productivity.

During the summer of 2003, for example, we are testing two projects both for quality and for short turnaround time.
